Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We ship within Germany and the Netherlands. Deliveries to other countries are available upon request. Please note separate delivery conditions for Switzerland.

For delivery within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €6.90 per order. Shipping costs for deliveries to the Netherlands are €14.90. If you require delivery to another country, please contact us. All shipping costs will be clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Direct pickup is possible in the Netherlands at no additional cost. In Germany, pickup is only possible upon request and subject to availability.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat rate shipping fee includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat rate shipping fee is calculated based on the goods you purchase, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased; it can only be reduced to your advantage.

TheY-harness BT EasyWalkis a custom-adjustable dog harness designed for walking, training, and everyday activities. It is designed to safely control your dog and protect the neck area from unnecessary strain. This product should only be used as intended.

Security warnings

Check fit:Make sure the harness fits properly. A harness that's too tight can cause pressure sores or chafing, while one that's too loose can cause your dog to escape.

Please note the instructions for use:The harness is designed for guiding the dog with a leash. It is not suitable for activities involving extreme pulling forces, such as dog sledding (unless approved by the manufacturer).
